| Compact, convenient and cost effective, the DAS-7006/7 R/S Handheld Reader with Wireless Communications combines our most desirable and most advanced features in a three-component system that includes the Smart Probe, a hands-free stand for powered operation and battery charging, and a small wireless communications module. Paired at the factory, each wireless communication module provides two way data transfer to and from its mated Smart Probe. More compact and rugged than previous scanners, the unique DAS-7006/7 R/S is capable of storing over 2000 scans on-board and is available in two distinct scan-head shapes, a STRAIGHT scanner with a narrower scanning field (for tight areas, like reading individual transponders in a fully populated cage), and a ROUND head with a broader scanning field (useful with isolated, stationery or larger animals). Scanner style is indicated by ‘S’ for STRAIGHT, and ‘R’ for ROUND. Use the DAS-7007 R/S with IPTT and IPT transponders. Use the DAS-7006 R/S with IMI-1000. |
