With a simple change of probes, the DAS-6001 Console™ System works with both our advanced Implantable Programmable Temperature Transponder™ (IPTT) and our standard IMI “read-only” transponder. Designed for our groundbreaking Smart Probe handheld scanners, (SP-6004/5, DAS-6006/7, and the sophisticated Wireless Reader System, WRS-6006/7) the easy to use DAS-6001 features numerous connectivity options, enabling you to work with a broad range of personal computers and digital devices—almost any peripheral you prefer. These innovative units function as the heart of your data collection system or as a stand-alone device. The Metal Dome Membrane keypad enables programming, editing and collecting transponder data. A glance at the front panel reveals two standard memory card slots for data collection, storage, and sequence scripting. A large easy reading Vacuum Fluorescent Display with two large character display lines is brighter and has a wider viewing angle than typical LCD screens. The DAS-6001 Console™ System resides comfortably on any bench top surface but is also perfect for mobile workstation carts, where space is at a premium.
