Status LED’s on the front panel of the DAS-6010 indicate system power, probe power, and USB or serial port selection. Providing additional visual assurance, the DAS-6010 enables LED’s (located on series 6000 reader-scanners) providing mode, scan status and a good transponder read indication. Connect the appropriate Smart Probe for use with either IMI or the IPTT transponders and switch instantly between momentary and auto scan modes. Both USB and RS-232 serial ports feature opto-isolation, preventing interference from noisy data lines found in typical computers.
