information BMDS collects and the purposes for which it uses this

misuse and alteration of your personal information under BMDS's
control. However no data transmission over the Internet can be
guaranteed to be 100% secure and while BMDS strives to protect your
personal information, BMDS cannot ensure or warrant the security of any
information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once
BMDS receives the transmission, BMDS makes best efforts to ensure the
security on the system.
